专利说明:
The invention relates to a protective helmet, in particular a fire helmet, rescue helmet, work helmet, industrial helmet, and a safety equipment comprising such a protective helmet with at least one accessory which can be coupled thereto, as described in claims 1 and 12. From EP 1 881 861 B1 or WO 2006/114505 A1, such a protective helmet has become known with a helmet shell and coupling arrangements with first coupling elements arranged on each side of the helmet shell in each case in a region of the temple. The first coupling elements serve for the respective releasable coupling with a second coupling element arranged on a respiratory mask. Furthermore, the first coupling elements are held in each case via holding means of a connecting device in a plurality of mutually different positions one behind the other along a longitudinal axis of a displacement path on the helmet shell. As a result, a variable-length arrangement relative to the helmet shell can be formed for the respirator mask to be coupled to the protective helmet. The coupling elements arranged on the first coupling elements are in each case arranged in the longitudinal axis of the adjustment path. Another arrangement for the detachable connection of a respiratory mask with a protective helmet is described in WO 2009/080532 A1. The respective holder has two separate, from the respirator to the helmet out V-shaped divergent, upper and lower holding elements, which are coupled at both ends via a rotatable coupling point to the respirator and to the protective helmet. The coupling with the protective helmet and the respirator is carried by means of upper and lower helmseitiger hinges and upper and lower maskenseitiger hinges and by means of a pliable formation of at least one area on at least one of the holding elements or at least one end portion of the holding elements rotatably. The lower retaining element provided essentially for holding the chin region of the respiratory mask extends substantially horizontally, wherein the upper retaining element provided substantially for holding the end region of the respiratory mask is directed obliquely upwards. The on the respirator closely juxtaposed rotatably mounted holding elements are attached to the helmet near above and below its pivot point. The two holding elements are hinged on the helmet side to a helmet on the protective helmet einhangbares connection yoke. Due to the individual Längenveränder-availability of the two holding elements, the inclination of the respirator with respect to the helmet and the distance to this can be adjusted. The present invention has for its object to provide a protective helmet, in which the position and, associated therewith, the relative height of the coupling member with respect to the temple area on the helmet can be easily preset to the respective user. Furthermore, however, it is also intended to create a universally formed coupling element on the protective helmet, on which different accessories can be coupled individually or jointly therewith. In addition, even a safety equipment with such a protective helmet in combination with at least one accessory to be created. This object of the invention is achieved in that in each case at least one coupling member is arranged or formed on the first coupling elements, which is arranged at least a first coupling member in a first laterally offset position with respect to the arranged in the longitudinal axis of Verstellwegs holding means of the connecting device. The advantages achieved by the features of claim 1 are that due to the laterally offset position of the respective coupling member on the coupling element of the articulation of the helmet to be connected to the accessory, in particular the respirator, in normal upright position of use of the protective helmet in terms of height simply preset to the respective user and can be adjusted. Depending on the selected, preset position or position of the coupling member with respect to the arranged in the longitudinal axis of Verstellwegs holding means of the coupling element on the helmet, so an individual adjustment and pre-adjustment to the user can be performed. In this way, the relative angular position of the second coupling elements arranged on the accessory can be adapted to the physical dimensions of the respective user. This lateral, transversely offset arrangement of the coupling member with respect to the respective holding means of the connecting device can be effected for example by an off-center or eccentric arrangement on the first coupling elements. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the first coupling element of the first coupling element is formed by a coupling receptacle which is arranged on a side facing the back of the head of the helmet shell. As a result, a simple coupling possibility with the accessory, in particular the respiratory mask, can always be created on both sides of the temple area. Furthermore, but also the operation and the mutual coupling of the coupling elements to be engaged with each other can still be carried out while wearing gloves simply by the respective user. Another embodiment is characterized in that the first coupling elements are each formed by a left and a right embodiment. Thus, the formation of the coupling device can take place with a small number of different components and, associated with this, the possibility of variation of the height adjustment can be maintained. A further possible embodiment has the features that the first coupling elements forming the left and the right embodiment can be arranged interchangeably by means of the connection devices on the helmet shell, whereby the first coupling element is laterally offset from its first laterally offset position with respect to the longitudinal axis of the adjustment path Position is spent. So can be done without additional components nevertheless easy pre-classification and customization to the respective user. This can be done not only a position or length adjustment for the accessory to be coupled thereto, in particular the respirator, but also the angular position and thus the pulling direction of the second coupling elements with respect to the helmet shell. A further embodiment provides that the first coupling elements are each guided along the adjustment path in a guide arrangement of the connecting device. Thus, due to the lateral displacement of the coupling members with respect to the holding means arranged in the longitudinal axis of the adjustment path, a rotation of the first coupling elements relative to the helmet shell can be prevented. In this case, the guide arrangement along the adjustment can be formed continuously or even with several stationary successively arranged holding means, the guide arrangement is formed or provided only in the region of the holding means. Another embodiment is characterized in that the positions of the first coupling elements which are arranged one behind the other along the adjustment path and are mutually different from one another are determined by a plurality of recesses, in particular boreholes, arranged in a fixed manner relative to the helmet shell. As a result, an exact fixed pre-positioning and mounting of the individual, first coupling elements relative to the helmet shell of the protective helmet can be achieved. Furthermore, but also a simple connectivity and support the first coupling elements can be created. A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the positioned holder of the first coupling elements relative to the helmet shell by a at least one recess passing through connection arrangement, in particular a screw connection is formed. This creates a simple way to use tools or tools to connect. In addition, but also during the use of a secure and durable bracket can be created. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the two coupling arrangements each comprise a detachably held on the helmet shell intermediate piece, on which intermediate piece in each case the connecting device is arranged and the first coupling element is kept positioned thereon. By providing an additional intermediate piece between the helmet shell and the coupling arrangements, an easy replacement for damage can thus be created. This makes it possible to form a concealed arrangement of the mounting or connecting elements for the first coupling elements. Furthermore, this also allows additional through openings in the helmet shell are avoided, which would otherwise be covered separately depending on the individual arrangement of the first coupling elements, so as to prevent direct access into the helmet interior. Another embodiment is characterized in that the intermediate piece has both the guide arrangement for the first coupling elements and the recesses for receiving the recess passing through the connection arrangement, in particular the screw connection, with the first coupling element. This can, without having to make changes to the helmet shell, with the formation of different spacers even greater customization and variation options can be created to the respective user. In addition, but also in case of damage or change of coupling elements on the accessory a cheaper exchange and an associated exchange opportunity can be created. A further embodiment provides that in each case a second coupling member is arranged or formed on the first coupling elements. Thus, the possibility is created to allow an individual, adapted to the user coupling position for a first accessory to the helmet. In addition, however, can be coupled with the protective helmet by providing a second coupling member on the same coupling element yet another accessory. For a multiple use of the coupling element is possible without a change or replacement of the coupling element must be performed. Finally, it may prove to be advantageous if the second coupling member has a respect to the first coupling member to different extending aligned engagement direction for a third coupling element to be coupled thereto. Thus, an even more individualized use and associated different accessories can be coupled with the protective helmet. The object of the invention is, however, independently solved by the features of claim 12. The advantages achieved by the combination of features of this claim are that due to the laterally offset position of the respective coupling member on the coupling element of the articulation of the connected to the helmet accessory in normal upright position of use of the helmet can be preset in terms of height simply the respective user and adjusted. In this way, the relative angular position of the second coupling elements arranged on the accessory can be adapted to the physical dimensions of the respective user. This lateral or transversely offset arrangement of the coupling member with respect to the respective holding means of the connecting device can be effected for example by an off-center or eccentric arrangement on the first coupling elements. In addition, however, as a result of the multiple arrangement of coupling members on the first coupling element, the most varied accessories can be used either alone or in simultaneous combination with each other. For a better understanding of the invention, this will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures. In each case, in a highly simplified, schematic representation: 1 shows a safety equipment comprising a protective helmet and a respirator mask coupled thereto via a coupling arrangement, in side view; FIG. 2 shows the protective helmet according to FIG. 1 in a side view of the left temporal region with an upward arrangement of the coupling element of the first coupling element; FIG. 1 and 2 in side view of the right temple area, but with a downward arrangement of the coupling member of the first coupling element. FIG. 4 shows the coupling arrangement according to FIG. 3 without protective helmet, in section according to the lines IV-IV in FIG. 3; FIG. 5 shows the first coupling element with a downwardly directed coupling member, in perspective view from the inside rear; Fig. 6, the spacer of Figure 3 alone, in view. FIG. 7 a further possible embodiment of a first coupling element with at least one additionally arranged or formed second coupling element, in front view; FIG. 8 shows the protective helmet of the safety equipment with the first coupling element according to FIG. 7 and an accessory coupled thereto, in side view. By way of introduction, it should be noted that in the differently described embodiments, the same parts are provided with the same reference numerals or the same component names, wherein the disclosures contained in the entire description can be mutatis mutandis to the same parts with the same reference numerals or component names. Also, the location information chosen in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc. related to the immediately described and illustrated figure and these position information in a change in position mutatis mutandis to transfer to the new location. The term "in particular" is understood below to mean a possible more specific training or specification of a counterpart. Stands or process step may, but not necessarily constitute a mandatory, preferred embodiment thereof. 1 to 6, a safety equipment 1, in particular for the fire service, rescue, labor, etc. is shown, which includes a protective helmet 2 and at least one accessory 3 which can be coupled thereto. The term accessory 3 is understood to mean the most varied components or else also application elements or attachment parts which are to be connected to the protective helmet 2 or held thereon. Such accessories 3 may e.g. be selected from the group of respirator, helmet lamp, helmet camera, dust mask, protective shield, face guard, ear protection and hearing protection. The shield could e.g. be used as an additional upstream protection element in front of the helmet visor or in place of this. It is thus possible to couple either only one accessory 3 or else several accessories 3 at the same time on the protective helmet 2 with the coupling element described below and / or hold or fasten it to the coupling element. In the following as a respirator trained and described in detail accessory 3, there are a variety of embodiments of connection and coupling with the helmet 2. To a simple Voreinsteilbarkeit and thus an individual customization option and a simple coupling of different trained as respiratory masks accessories 3 on the helmet 2 The protective helmet 2 is equipped accordingly. Since the protective helmet 2 is preferably used as a fire helmet, rescue helmet, work helmet, industrial helmet, also in training the mutual coupling and their operability with gloves must be considered. The protective helmet 2 comprises at least one helmet shell 4, to which unspecified additional attachment parts, such as e.g. Lamps, chin strap, neck guard, inner basket, holding device, etc. can be arranged or attached. At the helmet shell 4 shown here below, the same coupling arrangements 6 are arranged or formed on both sides in each case in a temple area 5 or an ear area. Each of the coupling arrangements 6 comprises its own first coupling elements 7, which are each designed for detachable coupling to a second coupling element 8 which can be arranged or arranged on the accessory 3 designed as a respiratory mask. The arranged on the mask-shaped accessory 3 or associated second coupling elements 8 are each formed in this embodiment by a flat profile-like or rod-shaped connecting arm. At the end region of the second coupling element 8 facing away from the accessory 3 designed here as a respiratory mask, a hook-shaped engagement element for interacting with the first coupling element 7 can be provided to form the coupled position. A change in length of the respective second coupling element 8 may be possible for the coupling process with the protective helmet 2 within certain limits. In order for the protective helmet 2 located at the head of the user, the accessory part 3 designed as a respirator mask can be applied to the face area of the same and its end regions deviated from the protective mask attachment can be coupled to the first coupling elements 7 by changing the length of the second coupling elements 8. The conditionally possible change in length of the second coupling elements 8 is usually done by overcoming a restoring or spring force, which always takes place with correctly adjusted or preset first coupling elements 7 a secure investment on the face of the user or wearer of the safety equipment 1. Thus, not only a tight fit of the trained as a respirator accessory 3 on the face but also a mutual secure grip between the helmet 2 and the accessory 3 can be achieved. The first coupling elements 7 are held in each case via retaining means 9 of a connecting device 20 in a plurality of mutually different positions one behind the other along a longitudinal axis 10 of an adjustment to the helmet shell 4. This can be either directly on the helmet shell 4 or under Intermediate connection of a later-described intermediate piece 17 take place. Due to the mutually different positions, a position or length variable arrangement for the one or more to be coupled accessories 3 relative to the helmet shell 4 can be created. The detailed description of the design of the connecting device 20, in particular its holding means, 9 takes place later. At each of the first coupling elements 7 at least one coupling member 11 is arranged or formed in each case. In the first exemplary embodiment, only a first coupling element 7 is provided for each first coupling element 7, this being arranged in a first laterally offset position with respect to the holding means 9 arranged in the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment path. In the present embodiment and in the upright use of the protective helmet 2, the "laterally offset position" is to be understood that the first coupling member 11 is either above or below the holding means 9 arranged one behind the other. This lateral displacement can also be referred to as transverse displacement. By this eccentric arrangement of the first coupling member 11 to the longitudinal axis 10, the relative position of the respective first coupling member 11 with respect to the holding means 9 of the connecting device 20 can be adjusted. Thus, for the second coupling elements 8 with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 to laterally offset attack area created by the arranged on the first coupling elements 7 first coupling members 11. If the first coupling element 11 -as shown in the present exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3 -is below the retaining means 9 arranged one behind the other, the alignment or longitudinal profile of the second coupling element 8 of the respiratory mask accessory 3 is rather flat with respect to a horizontal plane 12. However, the first coupling member 11 is located a position above the holding means 9 of the connecting device 20 arranged one behind the other, the alignment or the longitudinal course of the second coupling element 8 of the Zuörörteils 3 is steeper with respect to the horizontal plane 12, as shown in FIG. In this embodiment shown here, the first coupling elements 7 are preferably formed in each case by a left and a right embodiment. As a result, in each case the first coupling elements 11 of the first coupling elements 7 can be arranged on a side facing an occipital region 13 of the helmet shell 4. The first coupling member 11 is formed in this embodiment by a coupling receptacle 14. Thus, the coupling receptacle 14 is formed by a recess or depression, in which engages the second coupling element 8, for example with a retaining hook or the like. Furthermore, the first coupling elements 7 forming the left and the right embodiment are preferably arranged so as to be mutually interchangeable by means of the holding means 9 of the connecting devices 20 on the helmet shell 4 or fastened thereto. Thus, the first coupling member 11 from its first laterally or transversely offset position with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment -. from the located below the longitudinal axis 10 position - in a second laterally offset position - ie in the position located above the longitudinal axis 10 - are shifted. By the laterally or transversely offset arrangement or design of the first coupling member 11 on the first coupling element 7 and the mutually possible exchange, once protrudes the coupling element 7 in upright use of the protective helmet 2 down and once up with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 - as transverse to this - before. This lateral displacement of the first coupling member 11 can take place in a transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 aligned transverse axis, which is not shown in detail. Regardless, it would also be possible to achieve the relative change in position of the first coupling member 11 of the first coupling element 7 by a pivoting operation of the first coupling element 7 to a projecting from the helmet shell 4 in a perpendicular orientation to this pivot axis. Attention must be paid to a corresponding lock in the respective end positions. Thus, viewed over the circumference, a plurality of coupling members could also be provided on each of the first coupling elements 7. Depending on the relative angular position of the first coupling element 7 then the lateral displacement of the respective coupling member with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 can be determined. In order to achieve an adjustment of the distance of the trained as a respirator accessory 3 of the helmet shell 4 of the protective helmet 2, the first coupling elements 7 may each be guided along the adjustment in a guide assembly 15 of the connecting device 20. This guide assembly 15 is preferably formed as a longitudinal guide. Thus, a certain rotation of the respective first coupling element 7 relative to the helmet shell 4 can be achieved. The stationary positioning and the associated relative retention of the first coupling elements 7 with respect to the helmet shell 4 along the adjustment in the successively arranged and mutually different positions can be done by a plurality of relatively relative to the helmet shell 4 fixedly arranged recesses 16, in particular holes. The recesses 16 and / or enforcements are preferably arranged or formed at an equal distance from one another along the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment path. The mutual distance can also be referred to as division or division. Thus, it would be possible to first form only recesses 16 which do not extend completely through the entire wall thickness. For mutual connection of the first coupling element 7 with the helmet shell 4, at least one of the recesses 16 per temple region 5 can be arranged with a connection arrangement passing through it, in particular a screw for forming a screw connection. To attach the connection arrangement, the recess 16 is to be transformed by removing a recess 16 in the axial direction final wall portion to an enforcement, so that the attachment can be made. For this purpose, an internal thread can be arranged or formed in the first coupling element 7 in the region of the longitudinal axis 10. The internal thread can either be formed directly in the material of the first coupling element 7 or else arranged in a separate nut arranged in the first coupling element 7 or held there or an insert part. The connecting devices 20 for fastening the first coupling elements 7 and subsequently for forming the coupling arrangements 6 in the region of the helmet shell 4 can be formed or arranged directly on this. Regardless of this, it would also be possible for the two coupling arrangements 6 to each comprise an intermediate piece 17 detachably held on the helmet shell 4 for forming the connecting devices 20. In this way, in each case the first coupling elements 7 can be positioned on the helmet shell 4 with the intermediate piece 17 being interposed therebetween. By providing the intermediate pieces 17, in this case they each have both the guide arrangement 15 for the first coupling elements 7 and the recesses 16 for receiving the connection arrangement passing through the recess 16, in particular the screw connection, with the first coupling element 7. Furthermore, a left and a right embodiment are also provided in the intermediate pieces 17. This in turn can be done the mutual exchange of the left and right embodiment of the coupling elements 7. The intermediate pieces 17 may preferably be used interchangeably on the outside of the helmet shell 4 in specially designed for this intermediate piece receptacles and there connected to the helmet shell 4. This can be done by a variety of, preferably releasably formed connecting means. For the adaptation and individual adjustment of the first coupling elements 7 in their relative position with respect to the protective helmet 2 to the respective user, if the intermediate piece 17 is present, it must first be removed from the helmet shell 4 in order to allow access to the retaining means 9. By releasing the connection of the same with the first coupling element 7, the first coupling element 7 can be removed and changed in its position again attached. Then this unit is to be attached to the helmet shell 4. The holding force exerted by the second coupling elements 8 on the first coupling elements 11 of the first coupling elements 7 takes place in an approximately parallel or slightly inclined orientation with respect to the longitudinal axis 10. Furthermore, it would also be possible, as can be seen from a combination of FIGS. 4 to 6, that the holding means 9 of each of the connecting devices 20 in addition to the above-described and the at least one recess 16 passing through connection arrangement also still on the first coupling element arranged or trained locking element 18 includes. The locking element 18 may be formed as a pin-shaped projection, which is arranged at the same distance with respect to the recesses 16 or in the same pitch with respect to this on the first coupling element 7. Thus, at the first coupling element 7, both a part of the connection arrangement, e.g. the internal thread, as well as the locking element 18 is arranged. The mutual alignment with each other also takes place one behind the other in the direction of the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment in mounted position. By the cooperation of the connection arrangement and the locking element 18, which are arranged directly in the direction of the longitudinal axis 10 in succession and each with one of the recesses 16 are engaged, a rotation of the respective first coupling element 7 with respect to the helmet shell 4 can be formed. If this combination of connection arrangement and locking element 18 is selected, the provision or formation of the guide arrangement 15 for the first coupling element 7 may be dispensed with. The intermediate pieces 17 can in turn be detachably connected to the helmet shell 4 or held at this. The connecting means used for this purpose can be chosen freely, in which case a screw connection, clamp connection, snap connection or the like can be used. In order to create a free space for the attachment of the connection arrangement, in particular the screw, to the helmet shell 4 facing helmseitigen back on the intermediate piece 17, an exemption, in particular a by sidewalls at least partially bounded chamber 19 may be provided. Thus, the connection assembly is not accessible directly from the outside when attached to the helmet shell 4 intermediate piece 17. The safety equipment 1 is preferably used in the firefighter, rescue service, aid organizations who wear protective helmet 2 and trained in the present embodiment as a respirator accessory 3 in conjunction with a respirator, which also includes bottles in which the for the application stored breathing air is usually stored under high pressure. Thus, the wearer of the safety equipment 1 can be made independent of the circulating air. Thus, e.g. the fight against a fire in an enriched with smoke and / or toxic gases and possibly oxygen-poor atmosphere for persons are possible. The accessories 3 designed as respiratory masks are predominantly bandless designs in which the second coupling elements 8 are articulated mostly on a mask frame in an articulated manner. FIGS. 7 and 8 show a further possible and optionally independent embodiment of the first coupling element 7, with the same reference numerals or component designations being used again for the same parts as in the preceding FIGS. 1 to 6. To avoid unnecessary repetition, reference is made to the detailed description in the preceding Figs. 1 to 6 or reference. The universally usable first coupling element 7 for forming the coupling arrangement 6 has not only the first coupling member 11 but at least one further, in the present embodiment, a separate, second coupling member 21. This creates the possibility of coupling to one and the same first coupling element 7 either only one accessory 3 with one of the coupling members 11, 21 or else with each of the coupling members 11, 21, in each case at least one accessory 3. Due to the different orientations and / or configurations of the coupling members 11, 21 with respect to one another, it is possible to define for each of the coupling members 11, 21 a separate engagement direction for the respective second coupling element 8 and / or a third coupling element 22 to be coupled thereto. As already described above, the orientation of the second coupling element 8 and thus its direction of engagement with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment path is approximately parallel thereto or with only a slight angular deviation with respect to the longitudinal axis 10. The second coupling member 21 may e.g. be designed as a snap buckle, latch button, recess, slot, or the like. The choice and thus the formation of the second coupling member 21 is to be made in coordination with the third coupling elements 22 to be coupled thereto. If e.g. the accessory 3 formed by ear protection or hearing protection, the orientation and thus an angle of a support arm 23 thereof, approximately between 20 ° and 90 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis 10 of the adjustment selected. With respect to the horizontal plane 12, the orientation, and thus an included angle between the horizontal plane 12 and the support arm 23, may e.g. be between 70 ° and 120 °. On the second coupling member 21 but could also lamps, cameras, signal transmitters, communication means or the like. With correspondingly formed second coupling elements 8 or third coupling elements 22 may be held or coupled thereto. In all the above-described embodiments of the second coupling elements 8, these can not be described here in detail, have their own coupling organs or be formed in part by them. Thus, an individually adjustable coupling arrangement 6 with the most diverse co-operating coupling elements 7, 8, 22 are created. Preferably, at least the first coupling elements 7 as well as the intermediate piece 17, if this is used, made of a plastic material usually in an injection molding process. As a material, e.g. PA 6 or PA 6.6 are used. The embodiments show possible embodiments of the safety equipment 1, in particular their hard hat 2, it being noted at this point that the invention is not limited to the specifically illustrated embodiments thereof, but rather various combinations of the individual embodiments are possible with each other and this variation possibility due to Teaching for technical action by objective invention in the skill of those working in this technical field is the expert. Furthermore, individual features or combinations of features from the different exemplary embodiments shown and described can also represent independent, inventive or inventive solutions. The task underlying the independent inventive solutions can be taken from the description. Above all, the individual in Figs. 1; 2, 3, 4; 5; 6; 7, 8 embodiments form the subject of independent solutions according to the invention. The relevant objects and solutions according to the invention can be found in the detailed descriptions of these figures. For the sake of order, it should finally be pointed out that, for a better understanding of the structure of the safety equipment 1, in particular its protective helmet 2, these or their components have been shown partly unevenly and / or enlarged and / or reduced in size.
